EXCHANGE - FAQS
The most important thing we care about is for you to be comfortable when buying items. Order cancelations depend on whether the item is shipped or not. If the item is on its way to you then it can't be canceled, if not then cancellation will be free of charge. *Please note that we don't accept cancellation for the personalized items/pre-ordered items.
If you are unsatisfied with your item, you have 4 days to exchange it from the date you received/purchased it. Please note that the returning cost inside Jordan, Palestine, and UAE will be at your charge. And we don't accept any exchange requests for international orders. *There will be no return cost if you wanted to exchange your order personally at our store in City Mall, Amman, Jordan.
You will have to contact us to arrange for the exchange (within 7-10 Working Days) only if you are a resident of Jordan or UAE. If you are elsewhere in the world, unfortunately we are not able to provide the exchange service.
In order to accept your product exchange, First, you must notify Hanadi's Jewelry within 4 days of receiving the item. Secondly Please note that we won't accept any used items.
In order to accept your gift exchange, you must notify us first within 4 days from receiving the item. If you are present it Jordan, you can visit our store in City Mall, Amman and exchange your gift on spot or contacting us for the delivery exchange (it will take 7-10 working days).
Unfortunately, here at Hanadi's we only offer to exchange your items, and we don't refund under any circumstance.
