If you are unsatisfied with your gift, you have 3-4 days to exchange it from the date you received/purchased it. Please note that the returning cost inside Jordan, UAE, and Palestine will be at your charge. However, we don't accept any exchange request for international orders.

Here at Hanadi's, we offer gift wrapping when purchasing an item for your special ones, all you have to do is contact us and inform us(by contacting us directly or adding a note) with your order that this order is a gift.
